More than 30 years of successful experience with air pollution control equipment, including: project management, construction supervision, maintenance supervision, RFQ preparation and planning for rebuilds and new construction, research and development of diagnostic instrumentation unique in industry, field service and field diagnostics, performance optimization, and source testing. Sixteen years experience with Weyerhaeuser Co., Research and Development Engineering as the company’s precipitator specialist. Sixteen years as an independent owner of Northwest Precipitator Technology, LLC.
Area of specialization: all makes and models of electrostatic precipitators for power/chemical recovery systems and lime kilns. Expertise in process evaluation, performance optimization, automatic voltage control and rapper control systems, conveying systems, applications (precipitator sizing), cost estimates, diagnostic tests, construction, and field engineering to insure proper installation and operation. A close working relationship is routinely provided with engineering, construction, technical, and management personnel of clients, affiliates, and vendors.
